For nail techs, lash artists & stylists in DFW

Your DMs are not a booking system.

Going back and forth with every client eats your whole day. I build booking sites where your clients pick their own time, see your prices, send their inspo pic, and read your deposit policy — all without messaging you once.

Try it yourself

Book a fake appointment, then watch it land.

I built a demo you can break. Book yourself in like a client would — pick a time, upload an inspo pic, send it. Then open the dashboard and watch your own booking show up waiting to be confirmed.

The password is right on the login screen. Nothing you do is real — it saves to your browser and nobody else sees it.

Real sites, real clients

These are live right now.

Not mockups — real businesses taking real bookings today. Open one on your phone and look around. Just leave the booking button alone, those calendars belong to their clients. Want to press every button? Use the demo above.

Be honest

This is your whole booking process right now.

hey do you have anything saturday 🥺
let me check!
also how much for ombre
$65 + $10 for length
ok cute lemme think
…so are we booking saturday?

Sent 4 days ago. Never answered. Slot sat empty.

You answer the same three questions all dayPrices, times, deposit. Every single time.
Double-bookings happenTwo people, same slot, both think they're confirmed. Now someone's mad.
Requests come in while you're workingThey message at 2pm, you see it at 8pm, they already booked somewhere else.
No-shows with nothing downNo deposit means no real reason for them to show up.
The inspo pic is buried somewhereYou're scrolling up through the whole thread trying to find it before they sit down.
What you actually get

Two pages. One for your clients, one for you.

Everybody sells you "a website." What you actually need is a place clients can book and a place you can run it from. You get both.

Your clients see this

The booking page

The link in your Instagram bio. Built to look like your feed, not like a corporate dentist office.

  • Live calendar — they see which days are open before they tap anything. No more "what times you got?"
  • Your full service menu — every price listed, so nobody has to ask you
  • Inspo photo upload — they attach the pic right to the booking. It's waiting for you, not buried in a thread
Everything else it does
  • Deposit + policies up front — late fees, no-shows, all of it stated before they book
  • Current deals section — type a special or upload your flyer, it shows up top
  • Add to calendar button — works on iPhone, so they actually remember
Only you see this

Your dashboard

Password-protected. Open it on your phone between clients and run your entire book from it.

  • Change your own prices — services, hours, policies, deals. Never wait on anyone to update your own business
  • Month view — every slot color-coded open, pending, confirmed, or blocked
  • Tap to confirm or cancel — their name, service, notes, and inspo pic all in one card
Everything else it does
  • Block off any slot — kid's game, doctor, or you just don't feel like it
  • Add a one-off time — squeezing someone in at 8pm on a Tuesday? Add just that time, just that day
  • Still get DM bookings? Add them manually so your calendar stays accurate
  • Post this week's deal — type it out or upload your flyer and it goes live up top
The difference

It's built around how you work.

Booking apps make you fit into their system. Your appointments have to be their lengths, your page has to use their layout, and you look like every other account using it. This is the other way around — I build it to match what you already do.

Your appointment times

A fill and a full set don't take the same time, so they shouldn't hold the same slot. Your hours, your appointment lengths, your days off — the calendar is built around how you already work.

Your aesthetic, not a preset

I pull the colors and feel straight off your Instagram. Soft and pink, black and gold, clean and minimal — whatever your feed already is, the site matches it.

Your words

Your service names the way you actually say them. Your policies in your voice. Not dropdown menus written by somebody who's never done a set of nails.

You own it

Your domain, your site, your client list. Nobody can change the rules on you, raise a rate, or turn a feature off next year.

Made for the bio link

Loads instantly on a phone on data. They tap your link and it's just there — no app to download, no account to make, nothing to sign up for.

A real person to text

Something looks off the night before a full Saturday? You text me. Not a help center, not a chatbot, not a ticket that gets answered Tuesday.

How it works

Send me your Instagram. I'll take it from there.

You're booked solid — I'm not going to make you fill out a 40-question intake form.

STEP 01

Send your IG

I pull your colors, your fonts, your whole vibe straight off your feed. Then we talk services, times, and your deposit.

STEP 02

I build it

Booking page and dashboard, both done. You get a link to click around and try booking yourself.

STEP 03

You tell me what to fix

Color's off, wrong service name, want a different font. We go back and forth until it's right.

STEP 04

Live + I show you the dashboard

Goes in your bio and I walk you through the admin so you can run it yourself. Then I'm still here if something breaks.

Let's do it

Tell me about your business.

Takes two minutes. I'll look at your page and come back within a day with what I'd build and what it costs. No obligation, no follow-up sequence, no pressure.

  • I'll actually look at your pageSo the quote is about your business, not a generic package.
  • One real numberNot a range, not "starting at." A price for your site.
  • No pressure at allIf you're better off on the app you already have, I'll say so.
  • Your info stays with meNever sold, never added to any list.
Easier to just DM?

That works too. Send me a message and we'll go from there.

Questions

Stuff people ask me.

I'm not techy at all. Can I actually run this?

Yes. If you can post on Instagram you can run the dashboard — it's buttons and a calendar, no code anywhere. And I walk you through the whole thing on a call before you go live. If you forget something, text me and I'll remind you.

Can I change my own prices?

That's the whole point. Services, prices, hours, policies, deals — you edit all of it yourself from your phone and it updates on the site instantly. You never have to ask me or wait on me for that stuff.

What if I already use a booking app?

Then you already know how much easier life is when clients book themselves. The difference here is it's yours — built to your schedule, matched to your brand, and nobody can change the terms on you later. Tell me which app you're on and I'll give you a straight answer about whether switching is worth it. Sometimes it isn't, and I'll say so.

Does it take deposits automatically?

The site shows your deposit amount and your policy right where your clients book, so there's no confusion. Collecting the money itself still runs through whatever you already use — Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay. If you want card payments processed on the site that's a bigger build and we can talk about it.

What about no-shows?

Two things help a lot. Your policy is right there when they book, so "I didn't know" stops working. And every confirmed booking gets an add-to-calendar button that puts it on their actual phone calendar with a reminder. Between those and a deposit, most people see no-shows drop a lot.

How long does it take?

Usually about a week to ten days. The thing that slows it down is waiting on your service list and prices — if you send those over quick it moves fast.

Do I own it?

Yes. The site is yours, the domain goes in your name, and your client list and bookings are your data. You're not renting it from me and you're not locked into anything.

What if I want to change how it looks later?

Content, prices, and deals you change yourself anytime. Actual design changes — new colors, new layout, new sections — just text me. Small stuff I usually handle same day.

Is my clients' info safe?

Yes, and this matters more than people realize. Names, phone numbers, and photos are locked behind your login — the public page can't read any of it. A lot of cheap booking pages get this wrong.

Stop running your book out of your DMs.

Send me your Instagram and I'll show you exactly what yours would look like.
